Uganda Child 'Sacrifice'

Several practices around the world fall below the minimum standards of International Law for the protection of children. No one wants to barge in, take over and change ancient cultures. However, communities may need help ensuring they make decisions in favour of protecting the child; rather than listening to wacko technocrats who manipulate to society's detriment and preach contrary to good sense.
